About स्टेनलेस स्टील कोनिडोर स्क्रीन

A stainless steel Conidur screen is a type of perforated metal sheet made from stainless steel, featuring unique triangular to semi-elliptical, conical holes that slope in the direction of material flow. The manufacturing process, which involves cold-working, results in high wear resistance and different surface finishes on each side of the perforation. These specialized screens are used for aggressive milling of hard materials, efficient particle size reduction, and fluid bed applications, often outperforming standard round-hole screens due to their unique design.  
Key Features and Design:
  • Conical Holes: 
    Unlike traditional round holes, Conidur perforations are conical and sloped, creating a directional airflow or a rough, grater-like surface. 
  • Dual Surface Finish: 
    One side of the perforation is rough and scaly (product-facing), while the other is smooth, which helps with product flow and particle separation. 
  • Material: 
    Stainless steel provides corrosion resistance and durability. 
  • Manufacturing Process: 
    The sheets are cold-worked during manufacturing, which work-hardens the material and provides excellent wear resistance. 
Applications: 
  • Milling: 
    The aggressive, grater-like effect of the conical holes makes Conidur screens ideal for milling hard materials.
  • Particle Size Reduction: 
    The shape of the perforation helps achieve smaller particle sizes during milling processes.
  • Fluid Bed Applications: 
    The design facilitates directional airflow for fluid bed plates.
  • Seed and Tablet Processing: 
    Used for separating seeds and reclaiming hard products like tablets or sweets.
